Any delivery dates provided are estimates and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are requested to inspect the products at the time of delivery and report visible damages immediately.
For bulk orders, project supplies, or special arrangements, shipping terms will be communicated separately.
Return Policy
We take utmost care to supply high-quality sanitaryware and bathroom products. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Products received in damaged or defective condition.

Incorrect product supplied compared to the confirmed order.
Return Conditions:

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with invoice.

Installed or used products are not eligible for return.

Special order items, customized products, or clearance sale items are non-returnable.
Once the return is approved, replacement or store credit will be issued as applicable after inspection.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
